Beautiful images, Bill -- both poetic and photographic. (Much better than the "bird poetry" that was posted on the wall at my kids' school last week. About all I remember was the one that included rhymes about "hummer" and "bummer," and "owl" and "towel.")
I love this. I remember the first time I heard the wind in palm fronds at night. It was in Florida, and I remember thinking, "That's a sound I'd have to get used to." Clatter instead of swish.
Just lovely, almost like a lullaby.
